Fish code No.0310
The stunning Royal Panaque grows up to 40cm in wild, but rarely reaches more than 25cm in the aquarium. The fish is a peaceful species which requires plenty of room. Hiding spots should be provided and the water should be well filtered, preferably with areas of flowing water. The Panaque is a great algae eater and will remove even tough algae. Large, or robust plants will not be harmed providing the fish has adequate algae and food. Feed on algae or vegetable based foods.
