The Praecox Rainbowfish is an attractive shoaling rainbowfish which has the same peaceful and active nature as many other fish of the genus. A group of these fish will adapt well to most aquariums and will add a nice dash of metallic colour. Darker tanks, or tanks with darker substrates will help to show off the fishes colours.
